We can serve you anywhere. Location does not matter. But if you insist on meeting us before your commit, in that case we are located in Fremont which is centrally located in the Silicon Valley. We love to meet you. We work with all types of clients from big corporations to individuals.
Do you Offer payment plan?
For small projects less than $2000 we dont offer any payment plan. We take 35% advance and the remaining is due on delivery. On projects above $2000 we give you a payment plan which will be based on deliverables. We decide the payment plan at the commence of the project and try to stick with that. bit minor changes are possible.
What kind of Payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, paypal and variety of other payment forms
Do I have to host with you?
We encourage you to host with us but that is not a hard and fast rule. We are flexible regarding hosting. We do provide very attractive prices on hosting, bit you are most welcome to shop around.
How Does Your Web Design Process Work?
For Web Design we initially understands your business needs and then come up with a solution that fits you best. Onve the development process finishes, we do stress testing and functional testing and launch your site.We do maintain website and do marketing for then based on your requirements.
Ongoing Support for Website: After your website is launched, we will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule of your web site to accommodate your requests, user feedback, system upgrades and any new emerging web technologies.
How Does Your Graphic Design Process Work?
For Graphics design we have couple of packages like full brand design, where we do start from logo to website design, stationary design and web graphics design.
based on your need we do initial consultaion and then submit a propasal. Once everything is approved we collect the advance payment and start the job. We collect data from the customer amd start design / development. You can sign-off every stages of the design and once it is approved we give you the final product.
Do you offer Emergency After Hours Support?
We have 24/7 email and chat support. Phone support is available during Business Hours. We give you phone numbers of key individuals and in case of emergency, after business hours where you can reach them.
Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?
We have a Web Marketing Service (Search Engine Optimization) to help you list in Major Search Engines. For more details, please ask a Representative when you call us.
What is your typical turn around period?
Due to the high level of custom work and the collaborative process involved in each website we build, it's difficult to predict an exact turn around time. We will work together with you to complete the Web Design Project in a timely manner. At the begiining of every project we give customer an estimated completeion date. If the project objective does not chnage much we can keep the delivery date close to the esttimated date in most of the cases.

What are your Business Hours?

After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily?
Absolutely! You'll have several options for managing your site after it's completed. When we're done constructing your new website, you will own it and have full access to it. You will be able to make any changes to the site if you have any web editing knowledge. You can also opt for an editable website package. This way, you can log in to easily make changes to any non-Flash content in your site, any time you want. Just make sure you let us know you would like this option before you sign up. We also provide services for Website Maintenance starting at $50/month
